Lisa is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of driving corporate strategy, business development, and operations for early-stage biotech companies. She has experience in a broad range of therapeutic areas and supports drug discovery and platform companies advancing small molecules, biologics and gene therapies. She has skills in developing and executing corporate strategy, evaluating, structuring and negotiating R&D collaborations, acquisitions, licensing agreements and fundraising. She has experience in building strong relationships with patient advocacy groups, rare disease foundations, KOLs, and academic collaborators.

Trained as a biochemist, Lisa started her career in drug discovery as a post-doc at Genentech and later transitioned into business development roles. AsSenior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Relations at Mitobridge, Lisa helped launch the company and negotiated the successful “build to buy” option deal with Astellas Pharma. Lisa is passionate about company building and working with young entrepreneurs.Lisa earned a BS in biochemistry from SUNY Binghamton, a PhD in cancer biology from Stanford University.
